About
Since 2019, my work has focused on queer life - our relationships, our identities, our ways of moving through the world.
I know how tiring it can be to spend precious therapy time explaining your relationship dynamics or your lifestyle to your therapist. Whether you’re taking your first steps towards figuring out something new, opening up your relationship for the first time, or have it all down in theory but are struggling to embody your beliefs in practice, we can work on it. I bring fierce compassion, a lot of questions, and deep acceptance with me to each session. We’ll name power, follow joy, and make space for grief. This is not therapy that rewards conforming to the status quo, abandoning ourselves, or hyperindependence.
My approach combines Gottman Method Couples Therapy—which provides a structured, research-based foundation—with Anti-Oppressive and Feminist frameworks. I’ve combined the mental health field’s cishetmononormative trainings with my extensive experience living and working within the queer community to offer care that is both clinically grounded and deeply attuned to the realities of 2SLGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and kinky lives.
Core Beliefs:
All people possess intrinsic equal worth and are deserving of respect. My therapy space is one of acceptance and safety. Gender, race, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, relationship, and family status pose no barrier to the therapy process.
I practice from an anti-oppressive, feminist, anti-racist framework.
Everyone, and every relationship, has the ability to change; readiness depends on each individual.
Clients are the primary agent of change in counselling; the counsellor’s role is that of guide.
Counselling should never feel like a mystery to clients. I will answer any questions you have so that you can have an understanding of, and feel comfortable with, the work we are doing together.
Just as the modalities used should be tailor chosen for you, it is also important to have a good therapeutic fit with your counsellor. Referrals to other therapists are available at any time.

Counselling
50min individual counselling session - $170
50min relationship counselling session - $195
Hormone Readiness Assessment
This assessment is completed during an 80-minute session - $255
Supervision
I offer both individual and group supervision to licensed and pre-licensed therapists in training - 50-minute session $160
Accepted Payment Methods
I accept Visa, Mastercard, or e-Transfer. Many extended medical programs will cover a portion of your visit to an RCC. My registration is #15901. I am not able to bill directly, but I will always provide you with an invoice after each session showing your payment.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Sessions cancelled with a notice of less than 48-hours & no-shows will be charged at the full session fee.
Virtual Sessions
I am exclusively booking clients for video sessions. Telecounselling is the same as an in-person session but takes place on a secure video conferencing platform. I am licensed to meet with clients who live in and will be doing sessions from British Columbia.
